Duchamp Hotel

421 Foss Street, Healdsburg, CA

This project involves a sizable addition to, and complete makeover of the existing Duchamp Hotel, for developers Mark and Marie Luzaich. The private luxury hotel will get a new lobby building, including meeting rooms, poolside lounge area, second floor deck patio bar, and two relaxing spa treatment rooms. Eighteen studio hotel rooms will be added to the property, greatly enhancing an already beautiful facility.

It has been a pleasure teaming up with Ken on several projects. He combines creative flair with good listening skills and sensitivity to the budget implications of his designs. He always treats our mutual clients well. We are sure we will enjoy working with him on our current and future projects.
