Duchamp Hotel

421 Foss Street, Healdsburg, CA

This project involves a sizable addition to, and complete makeover of the existing Duchamp Hotel, for developers Mark and Marie Luzaich. The private luxury hotel will get a new lobby building, including meeting rooms, poolside lounge area, second floor deck patio bar, and a chef culinary interactive kitchen. Eighteen studio hotel rooms will be added to the property, greatly enhancing an already beautiful facility. The project is fully permitted and under construction.  To be completed Summer 2025.
