The Jade Room Wine Bar + Oysterette

Architecture of an eclectic, Palm Desert themed wine, champagne and oyster bar in the center of downtown Santa Rosa.  In conjunction with the creativity of interior designer Natasha Stocker of Inspired Spaces, the former 2,100 s.f financial office was transformed into a chill, upscale eating and drinking night spot for owners Andrea and Jeff Ballus of Sift Cupcake fame.  The project opened to the public in Spring 2019.

Ken and the Lafranchi team were a pleasure to work with throughout our 18 month project. Through his detailed architectural plans and vast network of industry professionals, Ken was a key asset in helping us navigate the murky waters of converting a downtown office space into a full scale restaurant. He is well connected, has a great reputation, and in a world of flakey construction people who overpromise and underdeliver, he has integrity.
