Architecture of 30,000 sf mixed use project including 8,100 sf retail an 8,000 sf boutique grocery store, 4,500 sf office and seven apartments.

Lafranchi Architecture assisted us from conceptual design to finished project on the 12,000 square foot Saralee and Richard's Barn project. Ken led the construction team with his creativity and his vision and coordinated all facets of the construction to produce much more than just a "barn," as the building will also serve as a fully functioning event and conference center. Ken's thorough approach and responsiveness helped us complete the project within the timeframes projected and on budget!
