Architecture of 17,781 sf winery tenant improvement for award winning Pinot Noir Winery.
I have had the pleasure of working with Ken at Lafranchi Architecture on two commercial projects.
The first project was a mixed commercial remodel of just over twenty-five hundred square feet. Ken’s design-eye combined with an appreciation for value and cost containment, resulted in a project far more attractive than I dreamed and also within budget.
The second project encompasses over seventy-thousand square feet and is a mix of warehouse, retail, and office space. Once again, Ken has transformed what could have been a utilitarian box into a strikingly attractive work of art. We don’t anticipate completion for another year or so, but Ken’s management oversight in coordinating all facets of the design process with the General Contractor and the myriad of consultants and engineers, has kept our project moving smoothly towards completion.
I look forward to our next collaboration and wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend Lafranchi Architecture to anyone considering similar projects.
