Duchamp Hotel

421 Foss Street, Healdsburg, CA

This project included a sizable addition to, and complete makeover of the existing Duchamp Hotel, for developers Mark and Marie Luzaich. The private luxury hotel now has a new lobby building, including meeting rooms, poolside lounge area, second floor deck patio bar, and a chef culinary interactive kitchen. Eighteen studio hotel rooms have been added to the property, greatly enhancing an already beautiful facility. The project was completed in March 2026.

Key to any successful project are the design & builder team members. We were fortunate to have Ken Lafranchi on our team from the very first scoping meeting right through to the grand reopening two years later.

His abilities are now legendary, from our perspective, as we watched the project unfold from doctored pictures and bundles of drawings to giant holes in the ground and then the framework of what would become our new business home.

The coordination between we owners and Lafranchi, Eddinger Enterprises, and the slew of hardworking, knowledgeable and dedicated sub-contractors brought us a building we will be proud of forever. We cannot thank the team enough.
