Architecture of a 2,664 tenant improvement for the new home for TAPS, a fixture for beer tasting and pub food for Eric Lafranchi and his booming business in Petaluma.
Lafranchi Architecture assisted us from conceptual design to finished project on the 12,000 square foot Saralee and Richard's Barn project. Ken led the construction team with his creativity and his vision and coordinated all facets of the construction to produce much more than just a "barn," as the building will also serve as a fully functioning event and conference center. Ken's thorough approach and responsiveness helped us complete the project within the timeframes projected and on budget!
